Forest Fire

We may have to evacuate from North RIm grand canyon. I have packed my stuff last night. There is a huge forest fire down the canyon and it is blocking the only road leading to North Rim. Right now everything is uncertain. We will have to wait for the meeting at 930am to know if we are leaving off for the nearby town. If leaving, we are staying for about 3 to 4 days.. Till date, the fire has burnt more than 25,000 hectares of land in just a short span of 3 days...

THe next lodge that is near to us have already evacuate yesterday. All the guests at grand canyon have already left North RIm at 7am in the morning. But i guess the situation yesterday was much worse yesterday as the roads were closed and no guests could come in or leave here. But now the guests could leave, so i presume it is not so bad after all.. heee...
