An event held by Wine and Dine - Benjamin Seck, True Blue Cuisine.
Went with my mum for this event costing $50/ person.. Learnt to make 3 dishes.
My favourite muesum till far, after Asian Civilisation Muesum...
The chef...
Nasi Ulam - Quite a simple dish to make. A herbal rice. Only the prawns and fish require cooking. A lot of mixing is required.
Pengat Kledek - Taste a lot like bo bo char char. Love the bananas...
Banana blossom salad - this organic orchid can be eaten. Crunchy with not much taste...
A painting of beadwork. Learnt that there are different types of beads since 1900, which are finer and has a wide variety of colours. Impressed with the super fine beadwork...

Nice wall designs...
Dinner at Muthu's curry. The butter chicken is yummy... Dont really like the fish curry.. Fish was not that fresh..
