Petite Provence (Super Duper Nice Bread) @ Central

A relaxing day.. I finished my supposedly full day training course in half a day. It was a computer based training so it is an own time own target thing..
After lunch at Hong lim today, Xian, Hui wen and I went to Central to shop. Hui wen keep on saying that there is a very nice bread there. Of course we got to check out that.

The bread was really superb.. Can be compared to my love for doughnuts from Doughnut Factory. This bread is my favourite among all the other breads that I have eaten. These 2 food are on par with each other. Come to think of it, I really wish I can savour them now.

I tried the chocolate petite wassant (as shown below)... Super fluffy and soft.. Easily chewable and smooth that it can simply melt in your mouth.. With a few bites, I have gobbled them up.. It will be a bonus if it is more chocolaty but anyway it is still simply heaven... $0.50 per piece..

I also tried the chesese ball (as shown below)... Has a very chewy mochi texture. However the light fragant cheese smell and taste in it can be quite heavy and you cant eat much of this... Cost $0.80/piece..

One thing to note, their breads are super hot selling... Hui wen say there is a wider collection at Holland Village. Got to check that out someday... By the way, i researched and found out that their milk bun is a hot favourite too. http://www.hungrygowhere.com/provence
