MAple Characters!

SO happy to see the maple story's characters at funan. Managed to get off work early today.. At least more fortunate than James and Shanna who still have to attend a meeting at 6p.m, which was half an hour way past the working hours. WOnder how long did they do O.T?? Hope it did not ended too late.

Today's work was mundane. Had an orientation at KPMG, did some cross referencing and checking of work. However, the lunch was a spread as we ate at an Indonesian restaurant. *It is a common practice of them to eat at restaurant* wan le... Think my salary for my internship will not be able to cover up for my food expenses. Sob sob!!

Hehe. Met up with edward after work. Went to BAb noodle at millenia walk for dinner. Ate tofu and chicken udon which was quite nice. After which, I went to candy empire and bought a lot of sweeties.. hehe. Spend $20 over just on the sweets. hehe.. But very happy. Oh yah, I had BEn and Jerry ice cream for dessert. But dont have the flavour recommended Gen: Chubby Hubby! But still the other flavours were very nice, especially New york fudge and coffee coffee buzz buzz buzz. 

My laid back Sunday

Went with mum to shop for my birthday deco today. Saw a lot of beautiful decorated christmas tree. Really very nice.. Gave people the kind of happy and dreamy feeling...

Alert everyone, there is midnight shopping again!! Maybe more of extended shopping hours at those major shopping centres like Citilink and marina square. I got so excited that I did not manage to fall asleep. hehe. At least now I can shop more on Saturday. All my hopes are now on weekend shopping!!

Marina square: 10 Dec extended till 1a.m. with special promotions starting from 9p.m.
SunTec City: 17 Dec extended till 1a.m.

Tomorrow will be my first day of work. Hope everything will turn out fine and FUN! Looking forward to after work as I will be able to meet edward. Suddenly it seems like ages since I last met him, although it was only on friday that I last saw him. hehe.

Oh yah, better do some research later on for my interviews which are scheduled on tuesday and wednesday. But for now, I will watch another set of korean drama first.. hehe..

"Sorry, I love you"

The story is sooooooo... sad. Completed the korean drama in 2 days. A very sad yet touching story. This was the first sad drama that I saw. (Previously, I only watched those romance and funny korean shows. hehe. I am quite fussy and picky with Korean dramas as they tend to be long and draggy.)

However, this drama has an interesting story plot with a few unexpected twists near the end of the drama. HAiz... But the story is stilll very sad... Hope I will be able to have a good night sleep tonight. I am just overwhelmed with saddness now..

Relax time

Went to AMK station to do survey today. Response was much better as compared to the previous two times. Hee.. However still got quite a bit before i can reach the target. Jia you oh!!

I am currently occupied with watching the korean drama "Sorry, i love you". The story revolves around an orphan who is in search of his mum. Quite a sad story as it seems that all misfortune befalls on this orphan. He has a rich mum who abandoned him and his twin sister when he was just an infant. Somemore his sister's thinking is mentally slow. His days are numbered as the bullet in his brain is pressing against his nerve(which is what i thought it should be. hehe) Hopefully, a miracle will happen in this story. My tolerance level for sad story is quite low...

Yummy Kolo mee

At the Kolo mee stall in Chinatown. Yummy Yummy. Tasted like won ton noodle but more curvier and sweeter. GOt abalone inside (though only 3 small pieces) and it cost only $5. Must try if you are in Chinatown. Originated from Sarawak.

My second driving lesson

Second driving lesson for the week. Was learning three point turn which was super confusing. Had problems coordinating my steering wheel and my gear. (I am learning manual driving)

However, a call from gen brighten up my day. I am going to spend my christmas eve on a "private" yatch! I just cant contain my excitement. hehe. Thanks Gen, for inviting me and ed for the exclusive night on your yatch! You sure are one lucky gal!

Tomorrow will be spending my day doing my FYP. SO sien... Hopefully the turnout will be good. PRay hard that I will meet good souls tomorrow who can spare some of their time.

A lot of stuff have been on my mind these days. FYP, interviews, working, driving... ... Why cant we have 48 hours in a day? This holiday will be a fulfilling yet busy one for me. I can just imagine what will happen after I graduate in just half a year time. HEhe..

Suqi's birthday

Though a bit backdated, I wish to post these photoS. Hope my dear hall neighbours can see it. It was Suqi's big day and we celebrated it at Swensen. Hehe. Thank roomie, huixian, my neighbours, yifan and suqi for brightening up my hall life. It was great knowing you all!
