I cant believe that i am tracking the number of sunsets that I have been to since i am here... there is really nothing much to do over here...
I was actually quite disappointed and angry yesterday as originally I have my off days on thu and sat, where I could go out of Grand Canyon to town and Bryce. In the end, when Liying came back from work, she told me that Alma(our manager)screw up our time table again and she said she could do nothing about it... Arrrg!!! i hate it when people lie to me, especially when she claimed that she tried her best. You know what, in the end a gal that never request for sat got it instead of me (I have been asking her for the last 2 weeks)
Poor Liying, she originally had today off where she could go to town. In the end, her off day was just cancelled the day before she sets off and there goes her trip!! Imagine the management system down here... sien...
There are all sorts of people down here.. fights are quite common down here. I just heard about 2 fights within the last 2 days.. One was a fight between a couple and there was blue black and red eyes in both of their faces.. Rumour goes that they have since left grand canyon.. People come and go over here.. But i cant just pack my stuff and leave here.. Two consolations are that the scenery and most people (except for a bunch of handfuls) here are nice.

Heee.. This is the highest point of Bright Angel Point. I did it! This is the third time that I scale up.. haaa.. so proud of myself! heee.. (is actually nothing much)
Wen hao and me. Poor him, this is the first time that he is one the trail since he arrive together with us.. His work shift starts at 3pm to midnight.. So he cant really join most of the activities that we have at night...

Weighing ourselves on the "Mule machine" It is actually a machine like those of big vernier callipers one.. hee. You have to weigh on it to see if u r of acceptable weight before u can sit on the mule. I Have gained 3 kg since I reached US.. Must be all the nice ice cream that I eat over here almost everyday... Abstain, cindy!!! you can do it.. heee.. I know is hard, but i wil try..

Haaa.. 2 thiefs and 1 robber.. Kiansoon got caught for "stealing" the ice cream at the Deli.. Liying and I ran out quietly before the supervisor saw us.. Haa.. We, employees are entitled to free drinks at the Deli( cafeteria) but not the ice cream.. Haaa.. Clever Wei ming and Wen Hao get the ice cream way before us.. Haaa.. When the supervisor saw kiansoon, she joked," Did u pay?" Kiansoon say, "Noo. then he goes, "haa haa" and scuffled quickly." He was still ignorant about the fact that the gal has just been promoted.. so funny.. Liying and I were laughing to our tears when we saw it.. heee..
Oh ya, forget to mention another point, the 3 of us are housekeepers.Job Is quite enjoyable with their companion.. We will discuss about how many rooms, beds and toilets and dustbins we have to clean.. Haaa.. We fight to gain the credit. So funny. Recently we got new plastic bags for the dustbins then Kiansoon was telling us what's the nicest and fastest way to put it in. Imagine it, we were discussing it after work and we even have a demonstration. Job nature ya.. so funny.
Poor ed, he has been working yesterday so he cant catch the sunset with us.. hee. He is working real hard oh. I am also working hard too.. heee
