Taiwan Day 5 (7 June Thu)
First Stop: 公馆(University Area)
At 台北大学
The school premises.
While walking from 公馆 to get to the 台湾棋院,we passed by a traditional bakery shop and we bought the biscuit to munch on. It melts in your mouth but it is a bit dry.
Second Stop: 台湾棋院
After half an hour walk from 公馆, we finally reached our destination. Ed wanted to buy a fan from the 棋院, written by his idol, 吴清源。
A lot of eateries and book stores. Ed bought a lot of books there. Mainland Chinese Books are exceptionally cheaper compared to those in Singapore.
This drink is very nice. The special part is that the pearls are boiled with 黑塘。I ordered 青蛙撞奶,which is actually milk tea with pearls. This store is famous and heard from our Taiwanese frenzs that a long queue is inevitable. Luckily we were there early.
Their pearls' serving portions is very generous. I am a happy gal! Wanted to go for a second round but I was bloated after drinking one cup.
Me with a fried chicken. Very nice.

Third Stop: 顶呱呱。Unique but not very nice. The fries were made using sweet potato and the chicken wrap is actually rice dumpling wrapped in fried chicken skin.
We did not take the lift up as advised by the working personnel. He said that the weather was cloudy and we would not be able to enjoy the night scenery. As such, we just walked around and do SHopping! Did you notice the wordings on the building "Marry me? Diana" This is part of an adversting. Pretty interesting.
